Hello there! My name is Ella Bellon, and I’m the owner and therapist at Sweet Ease Massage. I was born and raised in the Basin, and I’ve always dreamed of becoming a massage therapist. Growing up in a middle-class family, getting a massage was a special treat. After experiencing the benefits and learning about the importance of massage, my passion for it only grew stronger, and I became even more determined to help others. That’s why my pricing and availability is the way that it is. I simply want to ensure that everyone leaves my massage room feeling better about themselves. Cancellation Policy
At Sweet Ease Massage, I understand that things come up. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text at least **24 hours in advance**—there’s no cancellation fee if it’s within that window.
Cancellations made day of appointment will be charged **50%** of service fee Cancellations made less than 60 minutes before your scheduled time will be charged the full session fee, which can be paid via card or by invoice.
If you need to reschedule, there is no cancellation fee-I’m happy to work with you to find a new time.
In the rare event that I need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you’ll receive a discount off your next session as a thank you for your understanding.

**No-Show Policy**
If you miss your appointment without notifying me, you’ll be charged **the full session rate**, payable by card or invoice.
If you reach out within the timeframe outlined in the cancellation policy, any fees will be based on those guidelines.
Please note: **After three no-shows**, payment in advance will be required to book future appointments.
